worst agent we have ever used. He took awful pictures. he lied about the open house (there was not one). When confronted about his performance and lies….he changed his commission to 1 percent….so we took the deal. Our neighbour behind us used Kevin last year for a listing….almost the same thing. She waited for listing to expire then she fired him. (Brenda on Queen St) Kevin has a slick smile….but is very lazy.
