Absolutely terrible communicator, a bully and assumptive to the point he does not inform his sellers in a timely matter but makes decisions / communication for them in a very disrespectful matter. DO NOT recommend and highly unprofessional

Reply: this individual is not my client and was represented by her own agent. they had written an offer on a home i had listed on its offer date, in a competing offer situation, with a condition of financing approval within 6 days. We accepted their offer. Prior to the 6 days in which their financing approval was due, their agent requested an additional 7 days for financing approval, totaling 13 days from the date the offer was accepted. my vendor was not comfortable with having their home off the market for 13 days to see if financing would eventually be approved. we then received a deposit release form from the purchasers agent advising they could not meet the 6 days timeline for approval of their financing, and requesting return of their deposit. same was executed and the deal became null and void. i have never had a conversation with this person as she was not my client. I was merely following the instructions of my vendor.
