He assessed our house and provide recommendations. Kevin also explained the buyer's psychology and how we should strategically price it to attract the right buyer to pay the best possible price. It is a tough market when we sell. We didn't get any offers for the first week, but managed to sell the house within 10 days. We interviewed a couple of Realtors before selecting and we did the right choice!
