When the agent lives in Toronto and sells properties in Hamilton but refuses to show you the home. Its disappointing that you don't go the distance to show people the home who are interested. I was unable to see a home because it took days for him to respond if there was an open house, as well as he did not want to drive to Hamilton. If you sell in Hamilton and live in Toronto you should be willing to come show you house. The lack of effort would scare me if i was to use him to show my home. Disappointed doesn't even describe how i feel about his service or the company he is representing.
