My wife and I dealt with Kiel for the first time. Our original real estate purchase was a private purchase, so this was our first time going through the broker channel. Kiel was absolutely fantastic through the entire process. He defintely had our interests in mind as this purchase was done with the goal of achieving a "dream". The entire way along, he listened to the both of us and included each of us in all dialogue which I appreciated greatly. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and very responsive whenever we had questions (and I had alot of them). All in all, this is a relationship driven profession, and I would be content only dealing with Kiel as we move forward. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking at either buying or selling!
