She basically helped us to oversee the renovations of our townhouse before the sale. We have a young child and aging parents, so we didn’t have enough time on our hands to deal with the renovations before listing our townhouse. So, we are super happy that we have found Kim and she was able to help us with everything! Also, she had all the contacts of the tradespeople who were needed for the project (painting, replacing countertops, cleaning, plumbing, fixing stuff, staging, etc…), so we didn't have to spend time on that. Furthermore, Kim helped us with things that are not related to selling our townhouse (for example she found a job for my father-in-law :)), so she always does more than you expect from a typical agent.
