We have hired Kim in all of our real estate transactions and have been satisfied. We recently sold a recreational property in southern Alberta that took a year to sell due to the market in that part of the province. Throughout the year on the market Kim kept up with reaching out to people in the area and thinking creatively to sell the property. There definitely were some worries about the time it took to sell and Kim was always responsive, reassuring, and worked hard for us. Kim was harder on herself than we were in terms of the time it took to sell and this shows her authenticity and client centeredness.
