Kim helped me and my wife buy our first home back in 2006 and was an incredible asset when we turned that home into a rental property and bought another home. More recently she has helped my in-laws move closer to us and sell both of our rental properties. While her service is top notch during transactions her help is most appreciated when she is able to take time from her busy schedule and assist us without a pending sale.
