Kim was absolutely awesome to work with. She is down to earth and serious about helping you get the best deal on both the buyer and seller end of things. She is very knowledgeable and helped us through some anxious moments. She was great at recommending what needed to be done on our house to sell quickly. She also has a great network of people she works with from mortgage brokers to people she trusts to do renovations and painting.
