A house in an area we had been dreaming of came for sale, and Kim was able to get us in to view it before the owner had even been intending to open up to viewings. This despite the fact that due to timing, we caught her on her vacation! She helped us through the whole process, including selling our current home so we could move to the new home. Thanks Kim!
