We have worked with Kim both on a buying and selling level. We found her to be extremely obliging when we required information and she always had a timely response. She was very watchful with our listing to sell as we moved along. In our opinion her advertising was very detailed and she made every effort to have everything covered. She also paid a ton of attention to how the house needed to get ready with tons of advice along with a number of walk thru's - and had a professional home stager, but also worked with what we had. I feel that she is by far one of the best agents we have ever had, along with working with other good agents as well. We definitely feel that she was the right fit for our house and us. She is very approachable and did not leave a stone unturned. She worked with the many strengths of the house and highlighted them. Her thoroughness and attention to detail were very appreciated. We felt supported through the entire process. We also felt that it sold quite fast considering we listed in the hard core winter. No matter how busy she was or what she was juggling she still always had time for us.
