My husband and I worked with Kim Ulmer to purchase our very first home, which was a daunting and scary task. However, Kim made the process as easy as possible for us. From scheduling viewings in a timely and logical manner to providing recommendations for reputable services (e.g., a mortgage broker and lawyers), we truly felt supported at every step of the way. When it came down to making an offer on a home and signing on the dotted line, Kim ensured she had our best interests in mind. Throughout the whole process, Kim was quick to respond via email, text or phone call and help us feel more at ease at each step. We are VERY grateful to have Kim as our real estate agent for our very first home purchase.
