Her responsiveness was incredible. From the first day that we met, she spent her entire evening walking us through the entire process. The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process of selling and buying is unbelievable. Kim was always available to provide us with the information that we needed – every decision that we made, big or small, mattered to her.
