Kim was amazing! She gave us great suggestions and advice on prepping our home. The end result, along with the staging from Jen, made our home stand out amongst others for sale. While guiding us through the listing and sales process she answered all our questions promptly, was considerate and compassionate when addressing our fears and anxiety. When it came to offers and negotiation Kim confidently suggested counter offers in relation to the value of our home. She knew what $ to list at, and what we should realistically close on. Interviewing and selecting realtors can be stressful, but you know when you have the right one because the relationship is easy, if that makes sense.
