Kim and Tonya are extremely patient and knowledgeable realtors who walked my wife and I as first time home buyers through every step and things we should be keeping an eye out for. On more than one occasion Kim has steered us away from properties that had pitfalls we had missed but she pointed out right away so we could make informed decisions. She let us know when there were gems, when things might need a bit of work, properties we shouldn't bother taking a look further in, and listings we shouldn't waste our time going to go see. We took a little bit of time deciding on what exactly what we were looking for, and Kim and Tonya were patient with us every step of the way. When we had questions, they followed up immediately (responded to our texts, emails and phone calls pretty much 24/7) and got us the answers we needed. Kim and Tonya are knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations on mortgage brokers and lawyers, who also went above and beyond the call of duty and answered any and all questions quickly. Most importantly, Kim and Tonya are extremely personable and fun to be around, which made such a positive experience for my wife and I. There is no doubt that without Kim and Tonya's help, we would not have been able to find and close on the house we love. In the future when my wife and I decide on selling and moving, we will be contacting Kim and Tonya again for our realtor needs, and cannot recommend them highly enough!
