As first time home buyers relocating from Toronto to Winnipeg and then back to Southern Ontario (Hamilton) we were very pleased with the service provided by Kim and Tonya. Wanting a house that has charm in an up and coming area (Crown Point West) was a hard challenge, but they delivered, transparently balancing our wants with the realities of the market. In the end, we were very happy with our cute abode, the initiative and “on it” proactive approach of Kim was certainly present in our experience and spoke the initial “hard work ethic” description we received from friends who also had her as a realtor. Kim’s expertise coupled with Tonya’s patience and caring explanations of the documentation and official signing process made for a very pleasant and supportive experience, in a system that for us moved very quickly. Their maturity and acquired knowledge through years of working in real-estate was supported by responses that we would not have otherwise have known and frankly, their comments just made sense. I’m taking this time to think of this whole process and share my thoughts with future buyers because without them we would have been hesitant buyers, not knowing all the questions to ask ourselves when buying a house (I say this knowing I have a pretty handy and research focused husband). We’re certainly grateful to them for helping us in this major life milestone.
