(Lawyer, inspector, etc) The more houses we viewed, the more they tuned in on what we liked and didn’t like about specific houses, even being honest and telling us they would take us for a viewing for some houses but they already had a feeling we would not like specific aspects of them. They both helped guide us when we found the best fit for us. They continued to go above and beyond during the purchase experience, putting in extra hours and giving their perspective on how we could make an offer, how to stand out among other offers, and negotiated very well on our behalf with the sellers agent. After the sale, Tonya reached out regularly to check on us and see how we were feeling, how packing was going, and how we were settling in after the closing date.
