We purchased a home with Kim in 2026 in Vernon BC. Kim was very helpful throughout the process, helping us narrow down communities within Vernon that we were interested in. Over the course of 2-3 months in the winter (when listings were slow), Kim was patient with us. She was always quick to respond to questions, and was excellent at arranging showings around the city. I would estimate we looked at 10-15 houses with Kim over the 2-3 months before putting in an offer, and not once did we ever feel pressured to make a move. Kim found a "coming-soon" listing which was exactly what we were looking for. She moved quickly, securing us a viewing before the listing was even live. By the time the listing did go live, we had our offer ready and we couldn't have been happier when it all went through. Throughout the closing process, Kim was very helpful, recommending local notaries, inspectors, etc. She even provided a moving van for us to use to move, free of charge. We only have good things to say about Kim, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Vernon.
