He's responsive, proactive, strategic, knowledgeable, personable, and most important of all he's generous with his time. This was our first real estate purchase. Like many others we initially believed that as legal professionals we had no need of an agent to help us through the process. We were incorrect. Finding time to run our practices while hunting for real estate proved unfeasible and, to be completely honest, Kirk's skillset and expertise differ from ours and are far better suited to the task. We highly recommend Kirk to anyone looking to make a real estate purchase in a competitive market - especially if you're the type of person who needs an agent who is knowledgeable, highly competent, and who values your time.
