Our experience with Wilma literally could not have been better! We called her on a Tuesday and by Saturday we were off to see houses. Serendipitously, the first house we saw, we absolutely fell in love with; we immediately knew it was the one! Unfortunately, they weren’t looking at offers until Wednesday. As Wilma, and her husband Guy, took us around to see the other properties on our list, she was in constant communication with the listing agent of our dream home. Every house we visited, she would give us an update on the situation as she was able to get more and more of a negotiating foothold. A mere four hours later, we were sitting in their office drafting up an offer that wasn’t even supposed to be considered for another four days! Wilma was kind, honest and confident. Her years in the business proved their weight in gold as she deftly guided us through the offer and subsequent negotiation! By the end of the night, after only meeting in person 9 hours earlier, we had bought our forever home! Having Wilma and Guy take us under their wing and walk us through the process was incredibly reassuring and a truly genuine experience. If you are looking to buy in Oakville or Burlington, these should be the only people you call! We are unshakably certain we would not have gotten this house without them.
