15 out of 10! After having some less then desirable experiences with realtors we did some research and found Kirsten. Due diligence on the website and social media sites convinced us that Kirsten would be a good alternative to what we had previously experienced. It only took us two or three visits/tours with Kirsten to be put totally at ease with her personable professionalism. She listened to our thoughts and concerns and was able to assist us with understanding how these needs could best be addressed. All without a strong sales pitch, allowing us to come to our own decision. We began working with Kirsten in our search for a Kamloops purchase but it did not take us long to realize that we should also ask her to act on our behalf with the sale of our rural property. She took this on and gave us a terrific marketing program, along with terrific pictures and write ups that we did not have before. Kirsten was always available on our time line, and if there was a conflict she would have one of her terrific team assist and interact with us. Kirsten, in our mind, is definitely a 15 out of 10 -- and her Team concept elevates the client service even higher. I am sure that the Kamloops region has some other good realtors, but in our mind Kirsten has raised the bar and completely meets expectations. She and her team will be our first call if we have a need for a realtor in the future.
