Trying to sell a home in buyers market is tough especially when the market has taken a dip but working with Kobu we were able still secure a good offer the house and it sold at the current market value. All this was possible due to the hard work he put in in getting the house prepped and ready, from staging and renos. Originally Kobu’s plan was to do minor touch up but he went above beyond, in getting the house as a turn key property. Throughout the entire Kobu was extremely responsive and always provided insights on how to pivot given the current market. In the future whether it’s buying or selling I’ll be going to Kobu!
