It all started when we decided to start the next chapter of our lives outside of the city after we sold our condo. We had heard and read many good things about Kobu and were looking forward to having him as our real estate agent; representing us with our new purchase. And let me tell you, Kobu did not fall short of any expectations we had. He went above and beyond to seek the information we sought, doing his own research and informing us of things we weren’t even aware of when looking to buy a cottage home. He helped us pick a home inspection company, attended the inspection with us, and ensured we had all our paperwork in order. What really exceeded our expectations was that he even did more research after the closure of our new home and provided us with links to possible government rebates that could apply to us in the near future. He was very detailed and had diverse knowledge of the real estate market. He was always reachable and would always respond. There will be a point in our lives where we will want to buy a 2nd home perhaps once more in the city of Toronto and he will for sure continue to be our agent of choice. Lastly, I wanted to add that he handled a few hiccups with our closure, while he was away on vacation. Kobu, thank you for EVERYTHING to say the least! We love our new place. Krish & Jana
