Kobu is all around professional to the utmost degree. I can't say enough good things about how amazing he was helping me purchase a condo in Toronto. I did my research prior to looking for condos but Kobu gave me insights and knowledge I would've never thought to ask. He was very instant with his replies and very generous with his time, picking up my calls whenever I had questions or concerns, while also being thorough at answering questions and giving amazing market analysis and opinions. Kobu's also a tenacious negotiator. He was able to bring down the asking price of my condo, way below my expectation for the area and the market data for the area. I have throughly enjoyed my experience living in my condo over the last year, and over this time, my communication with Kobu has remained. He would keep me posted on market trends and new real estate news that would be beneficial for me. As well, when I was looking to make upgrades to my condo, Kobu was amazing at being a reference point to look for contractors and gave me some contacts as well.
