Kristel was very polite and amazing. She showed us many houses that would be the right fit for my family. She also explained in detail any problems or deficiencies with the houses. She also explained what the neighborhood was like, schools, hospitals and parks.I new she was absolutely looking out for my family's best interest. She kept close contact with me with timely responses, through out the home buying process. She was so professional and a joy to work with.
