Kurt was excellent at responding to all our e:mails and questions. He helped us purchase a house on-line from out of the province. We had been out of the housing market for 30 years and he was very patient even when we forgot about the time difference and called him after hours at home. He did great video tours of the houses we wished to view and was very thorough in pointing out issues at each property. He showed us houses that met our criteria and suited our budget. Kurt was very knowledgeable about our search area. He helped us throughout the process and kept us on track through the conditional period to closing. He was genuinely interested in helping us. In spite of Covid restrictions and Safe Entry requirements at the border, the whole process went smoothly thanks to Kurt's help.
