Kyle was great to deal with! He was very responsive, very keen, had a good eye for houses and potential issues in homes, and he did truly seem to want the best for us which was a good feeling. He has a laid back, informal approach to real estate, which is really great when home buying can be stressful. He is a fun realtor who knows a lot about houses and cares about his clients! Definitely recommend Kyle! I did not rate either "Marketing Reach & Lead Generation" or "Home Prep & Staging Advice" since they weren't applicable to us.
