We chose Kyle for his creativity in the marketing videos. Over the course of time we previewed several previous videos to determine how we wanted our house to be shown. All we can say it exceeded our expectations including the amount of hits (views) on the video. Kyle is a straight shooter giving honest trustworthy advise thru out the process. From the time we first contacted him till actually listing was appropriately 5 months. During that time if we had a question or concern he was approachable and gave answers we understood. The only negative not related to him is the use of Docusign... not having sold a house in 13 years this was all new to us and a little overwelming.. Kyle has been very successful selling homes in our neighborhood to which he can add this to the list. In the end our house sold extremely quickly so the price advice was right on the mark especially in this time in the market. Thanks again M&W
