We recently moved across the country and used LJ as our agent to buy a house in Montreal. It was a challenge to pick an agent without knowing anyone in the city. We found LJ through his Youtube channel and he seemed like someone on a similar wavelength to us. LJ was patient and responsive in our communications before getting to Montreal, and ready to go the moment we arrived in town. He helped us get to know the neighbourhoods we were interested in, and find the one we would eventually live in. We quickly made an offer on a house in NDG and LJ was great helping us through the buying process. We are now settled into our new home and enjoying life in Montreal.
