This was my first time going through a real estate transaction. LJ and team made this very daunting task very manageable and as stress free as possible. From the very start, there’s a super informative introduction to the process, its terms, and a building of general knowledge. They then work to really refine what you’re looking for versus your budget and doing then building out the search criteria from this. There’s no waste in time in getting one up and running and starting the real estate hunt. Once the process is under way, the team is there for every visit, reviewing what you liked and didn’t like, and very knowledgeable with helping to visual what’s possible (or not possible) with a space. Outside of the amount of knowledge the team brings, they are also very communicative. There was never a time where I had to chase for anything. This was a really professional, white glove experience and I could not recommend them enough.
