Overall my experience buying and selling with LJ's services and the team he has put together at LJ Realties by far exceeded my expectations throughout process. LJ is someone I have continually referred since our last dealings, and someone I will continue to work with when it comes to advice related to the real estate market, and eventually buying more property. LJ's professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to quickly understand what was most important for us (myself and fiancé) when looking for a home in the Longueuil/Boucherville area made for the entire process to be enjoyable, as well as low stress. He helped us navigate a few multi-offer scenarios, making us feel confident and comfortable in our offers, and ultimately we were able to find the perfect home for us, at a great price. During this process, I also last minute decided to list my condo to capitalize on a hot market in PSC. I told LJ I wanted to list on a Sunday, however myself and my fiancé were flying to Cancun on the Monday. He told us if we could get the place show ready, he would take care of the rest. By the time we landed in Montreal on Saturday, the condo has been sold for what we had pre determined to be a strong asking price. Within the same week the we had closed on our home, and sold our condo with incredibly short notice. After having spoken to friends, family, and acquaintances who have either recently bought or are actively looking at the market and soliciting the time of a realtor, many have had their own issues working with one. Non of these issues came close to presenting themselves with LJ. His ability to somehow manage his own time, his team, and his clients differentiates him, and the quality of service never wavered, regardless of what was on his plate.
