Laddi has been awesome in negotiating and making sure I am in agreement with everything. I have valued his guidance and advice during this entire process. I think the sellers have been a little difficult and honestly, if it wasn't for Laddi's patience and ability to keep me informed and helping me through the process I may have walked away.
