Lana was wonderful from start to finish. She was patient and showed us dozens of houses over 2.5 years (!) while we looked for our perfect place. Once we found it, she advised us impartially on the price, and thanks to her negotiating tips, we saved 5% on the purchase price. Not only that, but after the offer was accepted, she helped us with all the other pieces that needed to get done before closing, like testing the water, the house inspection, making sure all permits were in place, and so many other things that I didn't even know we needed to do! I would highly recommend Lana as a patient and knowledgable realtor who has only her client's best interest at heart.
