Landon exemplifies the 3 Cs of what I look for in a good realtor (or any professional for that matter): Competence - he understands the business legally, technically and ethically, and when he doesn’t know the answer to a question he acknowledges that and is diligent in finding the answer; Courtesy - he is a pleasure to deal with and treats his clients and colleagues with respect; and most importantly he Communicates - keeps his clients updated so they’re not wondering what comes next or whether he is on top of the situation.
