Larry and Abby took the stress out of purchasing our first home. Their thorough knowledge of the Hamilton market made the search enjoyable and with each open house they felt more like friends than agents. I had no doubt that they had our best interest at heart. It was so refreshing to feel more than just “a sale” in a housing market that has become so demanding. We will most certainly be using them again when we are ready to upsize from our starter home. Even now (two years later) we keep in touch and they are more than happy to offer suggestions on home improvements that will benefit our eventual resale. An amazing bonus to have the opinion of someone who knows the market so well and are always willing to help out ! We wouldn’t undertake any large renovations without sending the idea their way first.
