Laura is a fantastic realtor. I contacted her while still living in St. John's, NL as I was planning my move to Nanaimo. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market in Nanaimo. She was so quick quick to respond through call or text regarding questions I had, and about the many houses I enquired about. She happily walked me through many homes virtually while I was still in St. John's, and then took my mom through many homes while I was away for work but still needing to find a place to live! She was on the ball in this crazy market - quick to get appointments to show me houses that just popped up onto the market. She won't pressure you into anything you are unsure about. She gets the job done. Once the offer was in on my house and accepted, she dealt with all aspects of the sale of my house (contacting lawyer, setting up home inspection, etc.) - I literally just had to get my financing in place and show up to the house on closing day.
