Laura was personable, and dedicated to finding us a place that was right for us. She was patient and helped us go for multiple viewings. She held our hand through the process, walking us through what an offer looks like, then went with us to the bank, the lawyer and the insurance agent because we were overwhelmed as first time home buyers. She has a great sense of humour and made what would have been a scary process fun!
