Laura was a wonderful agent who was always attentive, diligent and knowledgeable. She was very friendly, she was familiar with the entire area and the understood what we were looking for. She respected the budget we put forward. She took us to see whatever we asked and was always forthcoming with information and advice. She identified things she considered red flags with certain properties. She also has a lot of connections in the community and makes an effort for you to feel welcomed to Nanaimo (it was a new city for us). She puts in effort to help newcomers get established and meet other new people. All in all, I would use her again in a heartbeat, buying or selling.
