She is honest with her opinions and is very knowledgeable around services and resources in the surrounding community. She is patient and does not rush you to make a decision, rather assisting you to consider the pros and cons of each property while pointing out factors that you may not have considered. Laura continue to communicate with us, demonstrating a willingness to ensure we feel settled with access to resources that help us to find our way around a new city.
