My fiancé (at the time) were both very new to home buying and needed a lot of guidance during the process and Laura knew just what to do. After showing us different houses so we could get an idea of what we liked and didn't like and what was and was not in our budget. She was careful to let us make our choice but always let us know the risks or pointed out concerns. With how obsessive I can be I was checking the realtor.ca every few hours to find a house and saw one come onto the market that my fiancé and I both loved. Laura got us in that night and we sealed the deal the next day. She got us into contact with a mortgage specialist and lawyer and and also set up all the inspections/test we needed. We were able to go to her with all of our questions and 7 months late we still love our house and are setting down roots in our community.
