We have known Laura for a few years now, but had never used her services.  Due to her level of professionalism and friendly attitude, we had recommended her to some family and friends, who were all very happy with her skills.  We were extremely happy with the sale of our house, it sold very quickly and without any issues.  We would definitely use Laura again.
