Laura was a pleasure to work with! She helped my husband and I purchase our first home and made the whole process a positive experience. She is knowledgeable and shares her expertise which made us feel comfortable each step of the way. Laura was readily available to answer many questions by email or phone and she is personable. On her day off she took time to show a condo to my husband and I that we loved (and ended up buying!). She knew how important it was for us to see it asap because we loved it so much and homes sell fast in Victoria.
