This month we bought a house and sold a condo. In a recession! We feel like we won the lottery by buying our dream lot for an excellent price - and sold our condo (when no one is buying condo's). I think both deals would've fallen through if it hadn't been for Laura. Laura goes above and beyond what a normal realtor does - she feels like a family member and I trust her like I would a member of my family.
