My cat sitter recommended Laura (not an obvious connection lol). After meeting Laura, she oozed ABSOLUTE confidence. She knows exactly what she is doing and does not waste time. She said to us “If you do exactly what I say, I will sell your home for over asking.” Well, she brilliantly nailed it. We were doing a host of things wrong and Laura cleaned up that hot mess real fast. We met other realtors but there was a smattering of disinterest and “Maybe this or maybe that.” They also seemed to be either really tired or just bored at being a realtor.
