Her personality is friendly but logical and direct, which works as we are not here for a self esteem boost, we want to buy a house. She is very helpful in guiding people towards a great home that meet their needs, even ones you may not have thought of initially. Laura is never pushy or rushes you to decide, which is great as the process can be very stressful as it is.
