Layne was very knowledgeable and well versed in the area and the inventory available. I had given him our list of needs and wants along with a list of the things we didn't want. Layne was able to pin point the listings that fit. He had a good sense of humour and was very patient while looking at the listings. I would definitely recommend him if you want an efficient and professional realtor.
