Leanne was an incredible help selling our little condo and purchasing a townhouse. She has helped FOUR generations of our family now over the last 20 years, but this was my first interaction with her. Once we had a few offers, she walked us through the documents from top to bottom, and was very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We entirely credit her with the fast and smooth sale - We were done in days! Then, once we had sold, she toured us around endlessly trying to help us find the dream home within our budget. Leanne was so on top of new listings; she found and secured us a viewing for a place that had just hit the market, and it ended up being just the place for us; With Leanne by our side, we were able to make an offer, schedule an inspection, and complete an agreement with the seller within the day! Without her, we'd probably still be looking! All in all, Leanne was a rockstar. She had great advice, always knew the right person to contact, and was extremely attentive, day and night, to anything we needed. I couldn't imagine buying a house without her.
