I'm the sister who was wingman when my sister Nancy sold her condo on Thrift and bought a condo on North Bluff, both in White Rock. I found Leanne on Rate-My-Agent and had high hopes. Wow! First, Leanne (and her wonderful helper Elsa) staged the condo, and that involved some major shuffling. Leanne prepared high quality marketing material, including professional photos and someone who measured and made the floor plan. She began showing the place - and there were interested people that same day! Meantime, she took us (including yet another sister) to six or eight places to look at in a day, and there were many days. What patience! We had prepared a list of "must haves", "want-to-have" and a budget. Leanne took us to places that met those criteria, and even showed one that was lower budget and one that was higher budget, just so we would know the difference. At last, we entered a condo that was just a little different from our list, and THAT WAS IT! And Leanne's job was not nearly finished. Now she finessed all the details, from inspection, to lawyer, to making the deals for both the sold and the bought condo, and the timing. Oh my. Quality! And then, she had contacts for everything else - from packing help, to moving, to handyman services. So YES, we recommend Leanne, whether you are selling, buying, or both. She knows the area of White Rock, she knows buildings and builders. And I don't' know how she manages to stay so cheerful and optimistic - we surely appreciated her!
