We hit the jackpot connecting with Leanne for our condo purchase. Could not have done it without her. Period. Being out-of-province buyers, Leanne embraced the challenge of being our eyes and ears and showing us properties remotely (her video skills were top notch and she could have a second career as a videographer if real estate doesn’t work out!). She covered all the bases with each showing so we felt confident not being on the ground ourselves. When it came time to make important decisions about a potential purchase, Leanne made sure we knew what we were getting into by putting us in touch with neighbours, property managers and Strata board members as well as providing us with all pertinent documents and advice about the BC real estate process. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm comforted us throughout the process, especially when our first deal collapsed at the last moment through no fault of our own. What more can we say? Leanne is fantastic.
