Lee encouraged me to double end the listing and she would represent the buyer and seller. She lied and told me there were other offers and encouraged me to pay $20,000 over list-and not get a home inspection. There were no other offers AND there was serious foundation issues that cost thousands to fix. I found all this out 4 years later when I attempted to sell the house. I lost $25,000 on the sale of the house as a result. Don’t trust this agent!
